Thanks to the courageous act of the warrior, the attack was a success. So, an orphanage from an outback became a Hero of the Soviet Union, but, unfortunately, posthumously.
Media example: I recently read the story of the famous military pilot, Nikolai Gastello. This brave man sent his burning plane to the enemy column, although he could catapult and save his life. Instead, he drove the aircraft to the very end, when it exploded with a roar and flame and destroyed the enemy’s guns. Such people and their exploits saved our country.
